Thanksgiving & Florist Giveaway

As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, I have so many people to be thankful for. It was an extraordinary year for Vo Floral with incredible Brides and many wonderful relationships formed. I love my job and love this industry. In the spirit of giving thanks, I want to take this opportunity to give back to the wedding/floral community. I am so humbled by the number of floral designer colleagues who reached out to ask for more workshops, especially focusing on smaller floral pieces instead of big installations. I feel that these types of designs are best learned in a smaller, more intimate setting, so without further ado - I would like to announce 3 one-on-one mentoring sessions where I will walk the selected winner through my thinking process as I build a bouquet or centerpiece. I will observe and critique your design real-time, and hopefully help you break away from your comfort zone and really adopt these new techniques.

The mentoring session will be focused on bouquets, centerpieces and/or large urn arrangements. Winner will be responsible for covering the cost of all florals and materials, though I would be happy to go over the process of flower/material selection to create a uniform color palette and an organic garden style. For out of town winners, I would also be happy to take you to the SF Flower Mart, to show you where we get all our supplies.

I will pick 3 winners. Winner #1 will be announced on December 1st; Winner #2 on December 15th; and Winner #3 on January 2nd. There is no deadline to enter the giveaway, though you will have a greater chance by entering sooner. Selected winners may bring additional 1-2 florist friends if you wish to share the cost of materials.
