Kathryn + Matthew - Fairmont Hotel

How often do you get to say that you’re staying at the Fairmont Penthouse Suite? And in particular, one that has hosted both presidents (JFK) and rock stars (Mick Jagger!)? Well, this next lucky wedding was held at the top-floor of the Fairmont in San Francisco, and let me tell you - it’s a total stunner.

The decor of the penthouse is opulent and grand, a classic 1920s period piece. And rather than clash with the ornate designs, our classic white and green florals complemented the space. We used big, fluffy blooms like peonies, garden roses and large ranunculus. Graceful branches of pirea and vibernum were added for texture. The florals looked organic and effortless in their gilded containers. We also installed on-site 2 large, showstopping structures - the chuppah and the floral chandelier. The overall effect was enchanting. This is one wedding I won’t be forgetting any time soon.
